• How do I order online?
    ANSWER: Start out by putting your items in your online shopping cart. To do this, simply click on the icon near the item where it says "add to cart" or "click here to order." You may put multiple items in your shopping cart. At any time during your shopping you can click the "View Cart" or "Check Out" button near the top of our pages. Once you are ready to check out, simply fill in your billing information (the name and address for the credit card you will be using to pay with) OR choose to pay with PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account in order to shop with us. We take almost all major credit cards.) If you are shipping to an address different than the one for the credit card you are using, be sure to check the "Ship to a Different Address" box on the order form. After your address is complete you will be asked for your payment information. You again may choose to use almost any major credit card or PayPal for payment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    ANSWER: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and offer PayPal Express Checkout on our order form. You do not need a PayPal account in order to check out; it is just one of our options.

  • Is it safe to order online with my credit card?
    ANSWER: Absolutely! We have chosen to use the latest in "hacker safe" technology to guard your credit card information and personal information. Some experts are now saying that it is actually safer to order online than it is to use your card in an actual physical store! Online encryption technology has advanced so much in the last several years that it is now, in some circles, considered safer to not have ever given your physical card to anyone for processing. This is, of course, simply an opinion that is being offered, however, we do take advantage of the latest technology to keep your information safe.

  • Can I order by phone?
    ANSWER: Yes. We are happy to take your order over the phone Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Please call us at 505-962-2525.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?
    ANSWER: Yes, once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Be sure to give us a valid e-mail address or you will not receive your order confirmation. Please be sure your spam filters are set to accept e-mail from sheergoddess.com. Please SAVE your order confirmation as it will contain your order number and it is your receipt. It is recommended that you print this out and keep it for your records.

  • Will I receive a shipping notification?
    ANSWER: Yes, you will receive a shipping notification once your items are shipped. This shipping notification will contain your tracking number so that you may track your package online.

  • Do you ship items as gifts or have gift baskets?

    ANSWER: Yes. We are happy to ship your items as gifts. We also offer beautiful gift baskets appropriate for all occasions. Additionally, every item we sell is available in a gift-wrapped/decorative packaging option. We can ship your gift directly to the recipient or to you already gift wrapped and ready to give.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    ANSWER: We ship worldwide. There are a few restrictions in a limited number of countries. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately.

  • What do you mean by "Fair Trade Ideology?"
    ANSWER: Fair Trade Ideology means that we have tried, to the best of our ability, to use ingredients, packaging, and all other materials that do not come from companies whose core suppliers use sweat shops, child labor, etc. We have tried to insure that we deal only with suppliers who pay a fair wage in the country in which they are located.

  • Are your products guaranteed?
    ANSWER: Yes! We are proud to offer a money back guarantee on our product line. We do ask that you comply with a few policies regarding how to receive your money back on any item with which you are disappointed. Please read about it here.

  • I have allergies, can I get a list of ingredients before I buy?
    ANSWER: Yes, all product ingredients are listed here.

  • What is your privacy policy?
    ANSWER: We keep all of your information private. We do not sell, give away, or otherwise let anyone use our email list or customer information. We use "hacker safe" technology to keep your information private.
